Should I resign as a guild leader?

I really don't want to be a guild officer. I never did want this. I promised myself I would never let myself get into a position of leadership of any form. I am sick of raiding, drama, and all the e-peen stroking. I just want to play a little game every now and then when it's convenient for fun.

But who would take my place? Would the guild fail? Should I even care? I keep debating these questions with myself. I also am too stubborn. Part of the reason I stay is to keep our enemies from thinking they won.
